All wines and spirits are subject to availability. Vintages may vary from those shown in images. We strive for accuracy in pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We ship to select locations where alcohol delivery is permitted by law. An adult signature (21+ or 18+ depending on jurisdiction) is required upon delivery. We cannot leave packages unattended. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Extreme weather conditions may delay shipments to protect the quality of the wine.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or corked bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Wine Shop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
