We'll schedule a free pickup from your location. Alternatively, you can drop it off at our store.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Methods
Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Store Credit: You can opt for store credit which is issued immediately and never expires.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
